It would appear impossible to book by telephone at the moment. Agreed by receptionist. It's Hobson's choice if you need an urgent appointment. Very difficult to get appointments with the same doctor.

I must say having the online service does help in making appointment but you are waiting 2 weeks before you can get a routine appointment .

It is totally impossible to get an appointment unless you know you are going to be ill weeks in advance. You are advised to 'ring the following morning at 8' when appointments will be available, but the phone line is constantly engaged and when you finally get through at 8.07 all appointments have gone. If the practice is that stretched why are they still accepting new patients? It's a poor excuse of a drs surgery.
